In day1, Ind best bowling lineup made all out Aus to score195 and Ind starts their batting performance 66/1 in day 1
Rahane and Jadeja helps india to get good total on the board and at the end of day 2 Ind lead by 82 runs. 

As a captain Rahane scored his 12th century overall and 2nd againt Australia with the partnership of Jadeja who scored 40 runs not out.

Shubman Gill made his debut match with 45 runs who played his major role in India scores and Pant scored 29 runs.
